Kickstarter Update #2

Guys, there are 51 of you! And you’ve pledged over $2200! 

Just wanted to give you a quick update and thank you all for being a part of this.  It’s you guys that are making this happen.  We take that responsibility seriously - and we’re going to work harder than ever once this album comes out.  It’s a wonderful thing to behold - a community supporting us doing what we love to do.  It makes us feel like we’re doing something right, and that our work is important.  That’s really what we’re in it for, so your show of support means more to us than we can put into words.

We’ve had some cool stuff going on in the last week or so.  First our our friend Camden from Bedside Manner did a cover of our song “Teenage Anthem for the Drunken Boat” and did what is basically a better kickstarter video for us than our own Kickstarter video. See below.

Also, our friends over at the Music super-blog Pretty Much Amazing were nice enough to share our Robyn Cover, and let a whole lot more folks know about what we’re doing here with our Kickstarter.  You can check out the post here:

Robyn is sort of the patron saint of our Hard Times, Go album.  We’ll tell you more about that soon.

Also, last night our pal Pete came by and sat in with us on bass to record this acoustic live version of the title track from the album.  Hope you guys enjoy it.  Talk to you soon!
